Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item please contact us with the details of the order you wish to return. We should respond within one working day to discuss your return. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship and pay for the return of the purchased product. Please make sure the items are returned in good condition. Please include all original packaging. Please ship with tracking number so we can keep tabs on your return. 

Once the return is received and processed we will refund to the original purchase method. The refund can take 3 days to complete. 

Warranty

In general, all our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or documentation. Please refer to the product documentation for a specific warranty for that product.
